媳妇下体有味道是为什么

媳妇下面做的时候闻不到，但是口的时候能闻到很浓的汗味，每次都有，闻到还是很大的，有点像狐臭那种，这是为什么，请懂得老师帮忙解释下。做前每次都洗的
